I’ve never used another product that made my hair soft, supple and frizz free without making it greasy. It even helps protect my hair from the effects of flat ironing. Now I don’t use anything but this.

I have very fine bleach blonde hair which gets brittle on the ends. My hair stylist turned me on to this oil nespecially since I’d like to grow it longer. After washing (every day) I put it on the ends.. My hair looks great, not brittle and dry. It’s down to my shoulders too.love the Tanya Gray Salon and Design Team hair stylists!

I bought a CHI recently and I love it! If you buy from Trade Secret they will replace the iron if it breaks even after the 1 year warranty runs out.

This is the best flat iron ever!!! As an black female using this I can go longer without getting a perm. Every female should own one!!!!

I loved my CHI! But when it broke four months after I had paid for it, I found out some bad news. The one year warranty is VOID if you buy it from Amazon, because they are not an authorized dealer!So now I have to buy a new one or pay to have mine fix, which will take from 3-5 WEEKS! Amazon really needs to tell their customers warranty is void when they buy it, because Amazon WILL NOT REPLACE IT!
