The ultra waterpik is great. Even after flossing, the waterpik still gets rid of food particles. I’m always surprised how much I miss with floss. I have some dental work, and this is by far the best thing I’ve done to help keep them clean. Sometimes I add mouthwash and /or peroxide to the water when half full. It can be messy if you try to look at your teeth in a mirror while using the pik. Follow the directions and you won’t have a mess. The smaller size and shape of the unit fits nicely on the sink counter. not to bulky, and the cover hold the piks so they are not exposed to dust or germs. It’s really great.
I am using it every night after brushing and flossing. It can still flash out particles of food from behind gum lines. It especially works well for my deep gum pocket between two molars. I bought a small handheld model first but it was difficult to handle. This desktop model has a small handle and a big water tank to finish cleaning with one fill.
I have had waterpiks for years and the one I just purchased from Amazon is the very best. The design is excellent and much improved over the older models. I like the smaller water container and the lid for it. Thank you.
